We are committed to offering you the best prices for our artwork, and we do so in three ways.
We constantly monitor prices at other galleries and dealers to make sure we are offering you the most competitive price.
We’ll beat the price if you buy an art piece at Hype Museum and then find an identical item for less at one of our qualifying competitors within 30 days after purchase.
To submit a price claim please send an email to email@example.com with your order number, proof of purchase from a competitor and with the subject line “Price claim”.
If we or a competitor mark down the price of an artwork you’ve already purchased, we will gladly adjust the sale price at your request within 30 days of your shipment date.
Our ability to price match of adjust sale prices is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The artwork must be identical
- The item must be in stock at the selected competitor
- We are unable to match order-level discounts, gift card promotions or shopping offers
- We do not offer price matches or sales adjustments from third party sellers or peer-to-peer marketplaces
- We do not process automated price matching or price adjustment requests generated by third party services
- We will only make one price adjustment per artwork
- If requesting a price match or price adjustment in one of our stores you must bring a current advertisement or a functioning link to the item on the competitor’s website
- Price adjustments will be credited back to the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
