Our policy lasts 7 days from the date you received your order. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery date of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please review the below scenarios in which we may or may not allow returns:
You may cancel an order if we have not yet shipped your order out for delivery. You may email us at contact@hypemuseum.jp to request a cancellation. If we have not shipped your order yet, we will immediately cancel your order and refund you.
If your order was damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos of the product(s) and an explanation of why your order is defective. After our team verifies this information, you may return your item and we will process your refund.
We do NOT offer any warranty service for our products. We are not responsible for any damage to your order after you receive it.
We do NOT allow returns and refunds if you receive your order but decide you do not want it anymore.
To begin the return process, email us (contact@hypemuseum.jp) your order number, and why you wish to return your item(s).
Note: you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.
Note that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
